is it a problem if I use a medication that contains not only ephedrine for production of meth? (shake&bake)

HI ! I'm max(nick name) and I'm a beginner drug maker! and I want to make meth but I dont have PURE ephedrine medication.
the qestion is ! does it couse a problem if a medicine contains more than just ephedrine, like iboprofen ???

You can remove ibuprofen from ephedrine/pseudo easily. Just extract pills with alcohol, and evaporate the alcohol. You should be left with ephedrine and ibuprofen. Now you can simply do a cold water extraction. Dissolve everything in water and put it in the freezer. The ibuprofen will solidify and gather at the bottom for easy filtering. Evaporate the water and you should be left with a good enough ephedrine/pseudo to be able to proceed with. Luckily ibuprofen is easy to seperate. Other active ingredients such as antihistamines are not seperated so easily.

@ahmad1999 Those should work fine for reduction into meth. Ephedrine is the only active ingredient?
