Isomerização do canabidiol (CBD) em canabinóides psicoactivos

Estava a cozinhar CBD e por engano adicionei NAoh à mistura, penso que a isomerização parou. Formaram-se 2 camadas, alguém me pode dizer o que se formou? É uma boa maneira de extrair extrato de THC?

Após 2 horas de isomerização, formou-se um óleo, mas tem um cheiro desagradável e não sei como o purificar.

Ao adicionar Naoh, as duas fases separaram-se e penso que a reação parou. Tentei lavá-lo de várias maneiras, mas não consigo livrar-me do mau cheiro.

as bases convertem o cbd (o thc não é convertido) em alguns derivados de quinona. creio que podem ser utilizados diferentes solventes para o separar do thc, mas não me lembro em que literatura foi descrito, também porque é verde (presumo), algumas impurezas vegetais também podem ser oxidadas

O tolueno à temperatura ambiente e o ácido p-toluenossulfónico podem ser utilizados para obter delta 9 quase puro e outros solventes com calor resultam em delta 8

o tolueno pode ser difícil de remover mas, 44h (48h resultará numa conversão ligeiramente maior mas cerca de 10% delta8) agitou 10% ptsa e tolueno suficiente para o dissolver, depois trabalhe

Quando se adiciona água saturada em NAOH para neutralizar o ácido, não consigo eliminá-lo todo e, se adicionar demasiada água, a fase superior fica preta. Como posso fazer a extração? Como é que elimino o cheiro a ácido? Tentei limpá-lo com água destilada, mas não resultou.

Preciso de ajuda com isto, por favor

Que PH devo deixar no THC? Posso usar butano ou tolueno para purificar o THC?

Os métodos que utilizam quantidades catalíticas de ácidos estabeleceram-se melhor do que neste tópico. Com pTSA 10% mol em DCM (delta-8) ou com HCl 0,05% em etanol (delta-9)

pode ser utilizado um álcool diferente do álcool etílico? talvez ipa?
pode ser utilizado hcl?

Penso que sim, desde que os reagentes sejam solúveis. O HCl pode ser utilizado como catalisador ácido.

1. We carry out isomerization in ethanol with acetic acid for 12-24h.
2. After - we evolve all ethanol and acetic acid
3. Pour the resin with a mixture of glycerol and propylene glycol, dissolving gravs completely
4. Pour into a comfortable jar and smoke

The issue of health safety - alcohol and acetic acid should clearly not be synthetic - only food (We make THC from the CBD using trembling and sugar, aahahhaha)

Experienced isomerization specialists - what do you think? Is it worth a try?

You do not have to evaporate it. You can dilute with water and separate the oil if you use ethanol.

If I use AcOH in concentration about of 70-80%, It get to start isomerisation?

Now.... I can't get or make 100% acetic acid((

Then you need 7.5 (70%) - 6.5 (80%) mL of acetic acid soln. per ~100mL of ethanol (approximately).
Excess ethanol is necessary for the reaction to go well.
The resulting solution will take 5-10 g of cbd powder, nothing more.
Heat up to 70*C and boil at least 2 hours.
Dilute with water and collect the resulting oil.

I try with 1g cbd in 10ml ethanol with ~1ml AcOH

I have wanted to do this for ages but have been holding off as I don’t have p-tsa, however, if d9 is generally done with a catalytic amount of HCl, that would be MUCH easier.
Is it literally a case of chucking it all in, letting it react for ages at RT (12-24h I think I heard), quenching, extracting?

Seeing as THC is by far the drug I use the most, it would make sense for edibles or whatever. Doubt I would want to vape it though. Never was a huge fan of vaping distillate as it just screws my tolerance.

If you use HCl for conversion, then heating is required.
