روش سنتز
روش اول
ساخت پیش ساز برای اتصال به گروه آمین
ابتدا ۱۰ میلی بر مول تئوفیلین اسیاب شده را به ۱۰ میلی لیتر ۱,۲- دی کلرو اتان اضافه میکنیم
به مدت ۴ ساعت در دمای ۶۰ درجه همزده و رفلاکس میشه
دو بار از کاغذ فیلتر برای فیلتراسیون گرم محلول استفاده کنید
محلول را با سدیم کربنات ۲۵ درصد خنثی کنید
pH=7
بازده واکنش اول ۸۵ درصد تئوری
۷۵ درصد تا ۶۰ درصد عملی
به مخلوط اتر اضافه کنید و کمی گرم کنید نه در حدی که اتر تبخیر شود فقط گرم شود
سپس نیم ساعت در دمای اتاق خنک کنید و آنرا در فریزر بگذارید
جامد پودری را جدا کنید و با اتر سرد بشورید
بازده ۷۷ درصد
روش دوم
۲۹.۷ گرم تئوفیلین و ۶ گرم سدیم هیدروکسید را در ۲۰۰ میلی لیتر آب دیونیزه (نه مقطر!) اضافه کنید و هم بزنید
۱,۲ - دی کلرو اتان حدود ۱۱۸.۶۶ گرم را در ۳۰۰ میلی لیتر اتانول مطلق حل کنید در دمای ۸۰ درجه رفلاکس به مدت ۷۲ ساعت انجام دهید
۳ بار با کلروفرم ۲۰۰ میلی لیتر استخراج کنید و حلال را تحت خلأ جدا کنید
سنتز فنتیلین
ماده مرحله قبل را به مقدار یک مول با ۲.۵ مول آمفتامین در دمای ۵۵ درجه حرارت میدهید
به مدت ۶ ساعت تا ۸ ساعت
با همزدن مداوم
سپس با کلروفرم استخراج کرده و محصول را ابتدا به نمک هیدروکلراید و سپس با تبلور و تبلور مجدد محصول را خالص کنید
