I'm thinking a lot about pyrovalerones, maybe someone here has a bit knowledge about how its acting.
The benzofuran analogue has almost zero effects (3,4-DBFPB).
How could it be if we move the MD-bridge on position 2&3?

It surely will have altered effects. Markedly so. But I would test 30mg of vapor in the chamber no problem.

Just to be clear, we're talking about 5-Dihydrobenzofuranpyrovalerone, right? 5-DBFPV?
1-(2,3-Dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)pentan-1-one?

What is your goal in finding new pyrovalerons?
If you have a request to search for legal positions, then they are all prohibited.
If you are interested in other qualitative properties, then the best pyrovalerones:
a-PVP
MDPV (methylenedioxy in the 2,3 position will work worse than 3,4 methylenedioxy)
