Also what was your powder vs crystalised mmc yield - how much you lost in the crystalisation process?

TonyNo. my experience of using alcohols (IPA, ethanol, methanol) as crystalising solution showed that you get small? sand-like crystals. Although rather pure, but they never had grown big in size.

This was done by dissolving in mixture of water&acetone. The solution must be clear, not cloudy or misty. An then it was left in dark kitchen locker for about a week or so.
Hope this could be useful for you or anyone.
