Advice on legal cover for small-scale synthesis

Hi, I'm new here. I'd like to get started in small scale synthesis, mostly to learn and enjoy my own production. As a beginner, I was thinking of going with synthesis from the "Simplest recipes" section with P2NP and then amphetamine.

I don't intend to make a profit, just synthesize enough for my own usage and my friends'. So I figured it could be interesting to have a legal cover in the form of a non-profit organization such as an "amateur chemist association" whose purpose would be to synthesize legal compounds with amateurs interested in learning chemistry. I believe this would make it easy to justify why I'm ordering some reagents or precursors (nitroethane or n-butylamine for example).

Do you think this is a good idea? Or is it better to create a dummy company? Or try to order as an invidual? I live in Europe (EU) if that helps. Thanks in advance for your advice!

Nitroethane is HOT. Nitroethane sales can be overseen by DEA even in other countries. Amateur chemist association or not, you need to keep these potential hot orders separate from one another.

The more you split your purchases, the safer it will be. If you are looking for a cover, the closest thing is cosmetics/personal care/perfumery production.
