I have no so in the situation at hand, but I think it is very bad for a company to share pictures of private chats between yourselves and customer, now these conversations can be used against the customer if law enforcement gets involved for example, importing illegal precursors.

If there is a point needed to be made, take it up in private with an admin, not in public. I advice admins to delete the screenshots for safety reasons.

ImOutAlsoIf a customer slanders vendor in public then should expect that case 'll also be resolved in public.Shared screenshots don't contain any sensitive info.
if you don't have mercy for scammers then you shouldn't have for slanders and Pathetic customers too.

ImOutAlsoAs a supplier, I deeply understand the importance of confidentiality to customers and will not disclose any customer information. My chat screenshots did not disclose any customer information. I put the chat screenshots up just to prove what I said
