I have just dissolved some of my bright white amphetamine in distilled water and tested the pH again with pH test strips, so far so good ~6.
the product is brilliant white even after being completely dry for days.
then i tried it with PH test drops for liquids, immediately i get a bright red color (ph below 3).
What do you think is going on here? I have often read that too much sulphuric acid turns the amphetamine red/pink. This is not the case here.
Are the drops bad or the PH test strips (I have tried two different manufacturers)?
I am irritated because my amphetamine has actually only ever been produced with test strips and the same procedure in the past....
