in Holland we have the “gedoogbeleid” for cannabis… it means not legal and not illegal.. the koffieshop can sell and pays tax.. but theyhave to purchasenit from legal distributors… but they don’t exist as growing not allowed…. I never got idea behind it, but I think I know.. 1. And economy needs options for black money, as countries like the USA, which infect are not countrys anymore but coorperations. Companies need black money… I come from Holland, we are very professionalised, almost every flower, vegetable or whatever grows in the grounds on a tree as a plant. We even made better coca plants than they did in Peru… but still the government can’t grow weed which the consumer demands… and they don’t want it to be legal. They don’t want to grow it. Much more prefer their employees or called citizens need to have options to create independent income as in the end we developed trade, Wallstreet, even the dollar is a direct translation for the daalder (2,5 guilders)

The thing with drugs is that if you always use the product from the same manufacturer, exact same products over and ocer, after a while, you build up such a tolerance that it doesn’t give you the vibe anymore legend seeking..

if you sell a kilo cocaine in end user product volume, the last 200gr give you so much headache. People think you cut it. It taste different. It smells difference. I was gonna say, they watched what the US did with weed, and liked the idea. Make you pay for a medical card, which doctors sell but don't recognize ( fail a drug test for weed and you still lose your pills, card or not). Tax the growers tax the sellers tax the buyers. Can't own a gun if you have a Mmj card. Marijuana is more expensive and all of the profits go to the government
