Use a fake identity for the recipient. Buy a phone from a pawnshop and pay with cash. Get a burner SIM card with a new number that can be destroyed after each deal. Do not turn on the phone where you live, do not connect it to your home wifi. Register a new email for the recipient's identity.
Use a common name for the destination region and pick some existing address in your town. Provide your single-purpose email and phone number to receive tracking updates. Once the shipment arrives in the destination country use courier's online tracking to have the package delivered in a parcel locker or a pickup point where you can safely retrieve it.

What about choosing a transport company? Would DHL Express be suitable for EU-EU shipments? It is possible to send shipments with DHL without visiting the office at the point of dispatch
I don't have sufficient insight into the operation of couriers operating in the EU. But I can tell you what I prefer to do. Instead of trying to hide the contraband in some decoy, which becomes immediately obvious under X-ray, I prefer to make the package look like a standard oder from an online shop. I just use a different label on the product and don't try to hide it. That way it raises no red flags when going through X-ray inspection which is how parcels are checked most of the time.
DHL probably operates drop-off lockers where you can leave your parcel to be collected, but they tend to have a video camera so it also carries some risk.

Idk if it exists in your country but several european countrys got DHL packet stations and depending on the country there are different ways to get them in the wrong name. Then let it send with DHL to this wrongly named packet station.
If you want it directly tailored to your countrys need check out your local cc-fraud forums. In germany you can buy dhl-boxes there bc you have to proof your identity with an fake ID, in netherlands you can get them in the name of an existing person without proof and so on.
