Depends on what kind of test they are using and what drugs you are trying to hide. Someones piss that is clean is the gold standard. The fake urine will pass a panel test but not a lab screening. If you put a bit of bleach in it, it will screw it up and buy you perhaps a day or 2 before they retest you depending on the situation
