How do I turn Cocaine to liquid for transport to US

My best friend lives in Colombia and we are trying to export their biggest export cocaine by mail. We do not want to involve others so we are going to use the mail to remove liability. If someone or people could please give a tutorial on how to dissolve into a liquid for transportation and how to reconstitute I would appreciate it and can show my appreciation too. I am going to do it nothing will stop us from trying so please help us be as safe as possible. Thanks

beyonderthe cocaine hydrochloride is disolved in water too make it liquid when it gets to destination concentrated ammonia or baking soda is added and they cook it to crack. after they use a solvent like acetone to disolve the crack and add a acid like hcl drop wise to bring the cocaine hydrochloride back and clean. thats how cocaine labs operate

I learn that chimical reaction sometimes works forward and back so you must make a reaction to transform coke into another molecule and make the inverse process later but good luck this is hard
