How to make Scopolamin with scopolamine butylbromide

Hey Guys at first I have to say happy new year but now to the important part. I just found out about the easy availability of Buscopan 10 mg (It contains Scopolamine butylbromide) in my country. Because of that I researched about It but only found some shitty reports from some shitty newspapers that claim that you can convert them into Scopolamine. I want to make and sell pure Scopolamine because obviously there is almost no market. My Questions are: Is it possible? How exactly should I make it? And how should I handle the substance safely? Btw: I have limited lab experience but no equiptment. Also I have customers from selling illegal smuggled Tobacco products but no customers for hard stuff. Have a good day and thanks guys.
