If you want to sell locally and buy the material online you have to do it in advance to not run out of raw material, get an anonymous sim and start with your friends, giving them that new number so they can deliver it to you. You can never run out of product and the product always has to have a minimum quality, I recommend 1. Never cut substances 2. Buy drug tests to have some kind of analysis of what you sell and if they sell you something that is not you can claim it and 3. Do not take anything you sell, if you take any type of substance do not sell the substance you like to take and if you do not take any, take the drug you want except yours 4. DO NOT have friends, do not trust anyone and finally do not let anyone see you weak and always try to go unnoticed
