What is Lean's drug?
Lean's Syrup or Purple Syrup is a combination of the drugs codeine and promethazine. Codeine, which is from the opioid family, is a natural substance that is usually prescribed to reduce pain or relieve cough. This substance has sedative and calming effects. Promethazine is also an antihistamine that, in addition to reducing allergy symptoms, has hypnotic and sedative effects.
Step 1) Prepare a liter of Spratt soda
Step 2) Add the codeine expectorant syrup completely to it
Step 3) Add the promethazine and stir vigorously
The purple syrup is ready
