Im looking for some chemist that can provide me advice for convert powered drug into liquid, eliminate the smell, and then turn back into powered, differents kind of stuff.

You can hide powder for ship to avoid losing purity.

I heard some people mix it with plastic and then convert it into solid forms, then reverse the process, and with that the smell keep in it.

The way to do it varies depending on what drug it is. There have been plenty of posts on the subject if you search. If you don't find the drug you are after, make a post and someone will tell you how. Don't just run off ofter one response, the second guy checks the first and so on, so wait for a couple of responses at least
