Meth has a reputation for making people's skin ugly. I can attest to that first hand. Aside from normal hygene, does anyone have recommendations of remedies to meth's effects on the skin. I'm sick of looking like mutant.

yeah, i tried meth for the first time recently and scratched the fuck out of my neck for no reason. personally i found that it helped to tie my hair up, i stopped messing with my hair/neck as much after that. i heard prenatal supplements can help with hair growth and can improve skin and nails, so maybe try that. there are other good vitamins too. take supplements and eat healthy and youll be fine.

if you have issues with picking at your skin, keep your nails very short. the soaps and shampoos you use matter too. use gentle ones, ideally ones for dry/damaged skin/hair. remember to stay hydrated as well, inside and out. apply lotion after you tweak and drink a lot of water.

You did way to much. If you can measure it out n do 5mg n go up from there until desired effect. I take 5mg every once in awhile. Such small amounts have a less eff3ct on your body. Be careful. I always think how can I minimize the bad side effects and then do a small dose and going from there. Also take a multivitamin or something before. I like huel before I do any drug.

I used to be a big fan of addys that were basically pressed meth. I never had a problem with scratching or picking. With meth an important aspect to take care of yourself is to get enough sleep. When you get addicted this is probably hard, but a casual user, get your sleep when you arent using
