Methylone shake and bake synthesis?

Hi, I saw the Methylone synthesis and it looks like quite similar to 4mmc synthesis, with almost same steps..

If I replace 2B4M by 2-Bromo-3',4'-(methylenedioxy)Propiophenone it cans work?

Its a supposition so I am probably wrong :

1. Put 10g 2-Bromo-3',4'-(methylenedioxy)Propiophenone and 50ml DCM and stir until 2B34MP is dissolved
2. Put 20ml M40% aqueous and stir during 10 minutes (the flask has to be closed to not let the M40 gas go out)
3. Separate the 2 layers and keep the bottom layer (methylone freebase in DCM)
4. To remove all methylamine at the top layer, wash 3,4 times with some distilled/demineralized water
5. Take 4-5ml of HCl acid and add drop per drop until the pH is 5-6 and stir slowly
6. Add 50ml of cold acetone (pure) and stir still slowly
7. When you have a white milk, filtrate it with a filter paper or a piece of shirt or smtg else
8. If the methylone is not pure enough, you can put the methylone in a filter or a piece of shirt and add slowly acetone to remove the rest of impurities

It seems good but I dont think its possible, idk, if someone can explain me if this method is good or not?

ymaaahIn general, all cathinones require the same easy way and if you start the synthesis from 52190-28-0 of laboratory technical grade, you will have no problem adapting the synthesis to your shake and bake form, surely some adaptation like increase the times and carry out some extraction from the aqueous phase since surely some product will have been retained in it, but in general your explanation is correct and it will work well.

In general, all cathinones require the same easy way and if you start the synthesis from 52190-28-0 of laboratory technical grade, you will have no problem adapting the synthesis to your shake and bake form, surely some adaptation like increase the times and carry out some extraction from the aqueous phase since surely some product will have been retained in it, but in general your explanation is correct and it will work well.

AcidosisYeah, maybe 10 minutes is too short, I think I can stir it until the methylone freebase doesnt change color anymore, I think I will test but idk where I can buy 10-20g of 52190-28-0, I saw made-in-china ect but I think the MOQ is 1kg or smtg, and if they do sample, the shipping taxes will be expensive asf, and I dont want to touch Brome, I am a beginner so I am careful and I dont have chem stuff (glasses, flask, condenser ..) anyway, so

ymaaahhi friend, that pink color was added in the recrystallization phase by adding food grade pink powder coloring.

So with DCM, 2 hours is good**
