Service suspensions depends on the country. Apparently every country except China is doing this. Most allow mail letters but have suspended postage of any package of goods worth under $800. How does this impact U.S. vendors/customers? Do you think mail services will be restored soon? I don't think anything I've ordered has technically been a package (usually its a large envelop. So maybe that's letter mail.
