Well the promethazine molecule is comprised of the bulky tricyclic scaffold called phenothiazine which is not expensive nor hard to make (Easier to buy tbh), and the rest of the molecule which is attached in a single reaction though 1-Chloro-2-N,N-dimethylamino-propane is purchasable but needs some seeking to get a supplier for. The actual chemistry I promise to be doable without me actually having prepared it before.
