react methylenedioxybenzene with hexanoylchlorid to 1-(2H-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)hexan-1-one,
What´s the best way doing that, what catalyst could be used? (friedel-crafts-acylierung) AlCl3 ?

He wants to make 3,4md-hexanophenone most popular as monkey dust or mdphp bkebdp etc and reaction with alcl3 and metylenedioxy bridge is impossible you need some more gentle catalyst or use grignard to the ketone
