Shake and Bake meth - psuedo and paracetamol is problem?

I would like to learn the simplest shake and bake method. Everywhere it is said that medications containing pseudoephedrine are freely available, but in my country I can only find drugs that contain paracetamol in addition to pseudoephedrine - such as modafen." Do I have to separate paracetamol from pseudo? If so, can it be done easily?
