You could maybe fashion a sort of pipe from tin foil and heat the bottom, or possibly do it like other drugs and put the shatter in a bit of folded aluminum foil.

You typically need a dab rig for shatter

Either make some edibles, or use foil

I mean you can but you can't really see what you're doing. A bowl is just like a bubble that you pushed the top down. I've smoked it out of a crack stem, chased the dragon, hot railed it, but the way to go is;

A vacuum pump cold-trap bong. Then when you're out of shit, you dump the water in a poe pan and evaporate it...Tada emergency stash

Can I use a potv one to vape it?

I've been mixing it with weed and using a pulsar smoker..it's a tiny vape not sure what temperature it is at, its working well.

I don't know what a POTV means but if I'm smoking weed, which I rarely do these days I have a whole herbe vaporizer which ain't
Worth A damn and I have an e-nail bong rig with a coil and pid. It's pretty versatile. To vspe weed I set it at about 725-750f and math is good about 425°f and crack about 275°f works good
