Small scale weed selling business advice.

Hello!
Im in need of advice. Im one of two brothers selling plain ol weed in a small city.
Me and my brother are looking to move up the scale with a step or two.
At this moment we sell around 40g of weed a week, with an average of 100g a month. We are simple resellers, we buy from Spain and sell here for a small profit as to be able to pay for our college fees. Recently we got word that one of our buyers is buying from us and selling to a neighbouring city which means that city does not have a seller, right?

First question is how should we act now? Should we hire someone to sell there? Should we hire that guy whos already selling? We know, we know, it sounds very greedy but right now we make maybe 250 $ profit each month if we deduct all the fees, gas money and rent.

Second question, right now we sell in small plastic baggies, plastic tea bags if u will, should we change this thing?

Third question, lets say we hire this guy, how can we be sure hes not gonna betray us? We are brothers, we trust each other, we do this together day and night and we split everything. How can we be sure this new guy wont fuck us over?

Note: We are not trying to sell anything else, this city is fine as is, we 'control' the market here, our cops are fine with our business as long as we sell only weed.

Also, and this is just my thought, don't think like one of these kingpins shown on TV when your business scale is yet not big enough to put you into prison
Live and let live, if you do trust each other, never change a running system. Maybe rather try to find new customers that buy from you directly instead of introducing new people to your business that most likely don't think like you and mess things up longterm

bad_coco_melonVacuum sealed machines cost 100-150 and the bags are fairly cheap too It adds a little more professionality to you and thinking back to the days where I sold small bags, customers do love personal branding!

You are welcome by the way..and also you are right, the volume you are pushing would be too small I guess for any investigation but I would still recommend you to try to fly below the radar as low as possible. Never disclose in the darknet/internet that you are working with family members, never describe your location too detailed and don't publicly talk about numbers you are doing..keep that for private conversations with people you can trust (if trust can be a thing here, but I think so).
I would imagine it is not too difficult to find two brothers in a small villages that might be close to spain (France or Portugal).

bad_coco_melonHey it seems you drive from your country to spain and I can tell you it's a risk because I have drive to Holland during a few years and the roads are very controlled by police and customs. If you make like 50 trip it's pretty sure you will get arrested. I'll better order many small quantities on DNM with a false adress and name...

I dont know where you are, but you should for sure get a couple , for security purposes, you also need a base of operations, then find a couple loyal people(scared works too), say 6 total. Make them distribute for you, so they are technically guilty of something themselves. After they are comfortably obedient (and you've increased your input/output. How much do you charge per gram? Why such low output?) split them between you and your brother so that 3 of them are directly answering to each of you. Then expand to your other city. Send either you or you brother each will all 3 subordinates let you control one city and he take his peons to the other city to buy a bas of operations e

True us Americans love our guns, but especially if they are far and few between, how else better to do that?

Make the price higher if he doesn't want to work with u, gather information to have an upper hand if he does you dirty and for the bags you can buy bulk on Aliexpress.

If someone wants consignment for a larger quantity, it's up to how you feel about trusting this person. Are they worth the chance? What's the risk? A few hundred euro? If it works out you'll profit much more in the long run over the course of the relationship, and if you're one of the only sources around for marijuana, and you do good business, people will be loyal. Give consignment a few times until they have enough money and they can buy more volume and you can supply them as your supplier does you. You can't ever be sure noone is going to screw you in this business, but you can minimize risk. Why go through the trouble and risk of "hiring workers" and being responsible for conspiring to organize and violate laws with people you aren't sure you can even trust? You can try to nurture buyers and help them grow, but keep them as customer. Let them go do their own business, better not to get caught as "EL JEFE" ¿tu sabe?

bad_coco_melonYou are not saying your location and if you sell on a smaller scale, no one is interested in such a small market, I would say that what they are doing is fine. I am Colombian and I have a lot of experience.

If you are starting the market Sell good quality and do not sell in quantity unless you have been with the client for a long time.
