Question Sourcing n-butylamine, nitroethane and nitromethane

Hi, im currently sourcing the following 3 products for on going work,

n-butylamine
nitroethane
nitromethane

Does anyone have any contacts for these? Or is anyone aware of a way that I can acquire them?

Nitroethane from Poland there are a few guys which buy it from a bomb manufacturing company and one chemical company as well and resell it. N-butylamine from Thermo Fisher. Nitromethane got mine from Carl Roth but there are sellers in Spain and Italy as far as I know.

Also butylamines shite i assume ur using it for a henry get some edda make the ethylenediamine via serine+alcoholic ammonia ----> serinamide then do a hofmann rearrange for the ed

N-butylamine is not needed for the nitro-aldol condensation. You can use a lot of bases and NaOH will do even better than n-butylamine from my experience and is readily available. Nitroethane is available OTC by distillation from a certain adhesive and nitromethane can be distilled from RC nitro fuel although it's a pain in the arse because of the azeotrope.
