speed paste and mephedrone

One time i buy 25g speed paste with this typical solvent for me very volatile, i try, and after i decide clean with something for reasons in relation with effect not desired like psicodelic dark and dissociative... i put like a 10 ml sodium hypochlorite and 10 seconds after like 25 ml of vinegar, it reacts and loss a lot of weight, always i make this results very very potent compound like meth .... also mixing with suposed mcat it react and make the same but more potent one...Methamphetamine from Methcathinone and Amphetamine is possible or maybe degradation only of other compounds?
Sorry if not good explanation, bit the thing is always the same, my paste react when i try to clean or when i mix it with mcat.

For people that have no idea of chemistre works better than wash with solvents, i try to wash a lot of times, acetone, cold water is good, but sodium hypochlorite and vinegar works very very good.

I bought 50g of a really big pile of shit.I bought 50g of a big shit of what they said was 96% speed but 96 was cutting, sure.Seeing your post I think there is still a solution but can you explain the process to me in detail?
How much purity does sodium hypochlorite have to be? Could it be 15%?
How long do I have to leave the mixture for it to react?
After the reaction, do I have to filter it with coffee filters for example?
And once filtered, do I just have to let it dry?
sorry man but i don't know if these questions are too obvious for you, but, i have no fucking idea about chemistry, I just want to try to save my speed. bro, I would appreciate it if you could give me a hand with this.
