Anyway 0.5gr depends of how much was the initial amount.

I know it's generally not left like a capsized vessel at the bottom of the jug, but filtered off shortly after it stops clumping. But MS can be left and even continues to work in the freezer. Also when you open the jug and use some, atmospheric air enters and it's not anhydrous anymore but this is a sort of false flag because a few cc's of 50%rh room temperature air only holds about 1 drop of water max. And yes it does react with a couple of things, but I don't use it so I don't know what off the top of my head
