Actually @Saul is correct, the precursor P2nP is illegal in some European countries.
I cannot go into detail which countries it is illegal in since I would expose myself too much. But I know atleast five countries in Europe, if you were to be comprehended with this precursor you would be found guilty of importing amphetamine drugs and you will be sent to trial and jail.

Go Carts, the size you sit in and drive, are fueled with alcohol and nitromethane. Used to be able to buy it for 20 bucks a gallon. Only contaminate was nitroethane. You can find palladium chloride in photography hobby companies. Actually a long list of precursors.

This is ridiculous, at least the first part of your post. Yes, some nutjobs create engines that run on weird shit, like methanol and a mixture of other solvents, but this is far and between, as far as I know it not only destroys the engines and runs hot as shit (which on any commercial track would be a danger and a lawsuit waiting to happen), but is not even effective in racing go carts (i am assuming you are talking about racing go carts, since smashing into ones full of alcohol and nitromethane while they are running hot would most likely end up tragically).
I heard of this being used in racing remote controlled vehicles (which I mentioned in this thread already) and also drag racing.. I quickly googled it to make sure and if anyone is interested, here is an article talking about different mixes used in drag racing, they mention xylene and toluene, even diethyl ether, but to be honest I only skimmed through it, so I do not know if the article is worth anything, but it does state that nitromethane does make it hot as fuck which does not take a genius to figure out and even mentions a trial run(?) or some test they ran for the article that ended up with high temperatures and stuff indicating a "detonation" when running nitromethane - they also referred to technical inspections (did not even know there were such, but apparently you would not pass one when running nitro).

However about photography companies, you are spot on, the hobbyists that still use dark rooms use many solvents (most disguised under brand names, quick look-ups of such chemicals quickly turns up their make-up) and chemicals that would be useful for members of our community. It is worthwhile to look on auction sites for people selling off their dark room equipment, usually they also list all the chemicals for sale and it is amazing what you can find.

Here is a little advice, something that is much better than an excuse IS A PERMIT or a FRONT COMPANY (I recommend having both).
Depending on the country you are, the important thing is to take care of the quantities of the chemicals you have in possession because no matter how good your excuse is, the mere fact of having it can constitute a crime.
Someone with experience can get both and make acquiring and possesing precursors as smooth as posible.

Well this can also go south real hard very fast. If you get suspected of anything there is a full track record of all of the purchases. How will you explain 50l of benzaldehyde and 50l of nitroethane purchase in a span of a year without anything to show up for as a cover. If you do it with a company you better have a legit part of the business that is able to explain everything which is double work. It's the best if you have underground routes to getting the chemicals OR to produce on scale is to trace the reactions back to easily obtainable chemicals and just invest in equipment to produce the chemicals on your own.

For goodness sake---- NEVER open your mouth. Never say anything to a police officer during questioning other than "I don't speak to police". Word-for-word. Don't change that script.
