What country in the E.U. could an English speaking "Anglo complexion" could live housing and good job... NOT harsh with possession of drugs legally and not difficult in obtaining precursor chemicals for small private personal use ???????

favourites for me: Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Czech Republic.

But housing and good job its mostly thing which depends on You. Skills, prefferences, etc etc.

I heard Switzerland has places to not only safe IV use, clinic staff to make sure you don't OD, but also give free drug ?

I like those harm reduction places

Wish there were more countries who offered them

Not sure about free drugs, but quit lot countries have (not officially approved by government sometimes) IV use places (sometimes buses like in Berlin), free drug test points (Netherlands)...

One thing is which You need to mind is, having that places in country is not mean You will get into their program right away.

And more important thing imo than UTFSE is actually go and try. I heard lots of good about Sweden overall but my experience after over half year there made me came back to UK which is not even my home country. As well my location was bit non usuall for emigration destination but overall i figure out its not actually what i looking for for longer period of time.

Freedom to consume without a worry about criminal charges

Freedom to not be treated like a criminal high-theft or violent assault in the legal eyes

Understand. In that way UK seems to be quite easy-going, until You are just user. And not causing problems to get funds to cover Your needs. As well my hommie proper alcoholic once went to ASDA and just literally get bottle of whisky, open, drink as much as can, security came, call for police and when them came said to security to let my mate go cuz got proven history of alcoholism (rehabs, homeless time in life etc) and actually them can't do much more. Ofc everything got limits, and requires normal polite attitude.

Would probably work at a warehouse or "helper".

..I'm not gonna be able to afford a house by myself paid in cash all at once ... :/

Get those pain killers, benzodiazepines, ADHD pharmaceuticals from a doctor easily

Want to get clean , pure drugs easily

Wanna buy precursor chemicals (small Liter/Kilogram) amounts without raising suspicion from law enforcement interference

Walk around with a small amount of drugs without going to jail from police if stopped

Not a violent war-zone with crying and yelling

Not a trashy homelessness with syringes and problems with theft

Want a friendly respectable environment to live at

In the US, you get criminalized for possession of drugs

Jail time, thousands of dollars of court fines and criminal record ruins your name for job work and apartment renting

Plus there are undercover police that drive "regular" automobiles, cops can lie and the police are "power-hungry" and citizens could easily feel like "your civil liberties and rights" are gone away ..

.. though it's all mental and how you carry out yourself in steadfast conversation ..

Heard some countries in Europe have regulated the "concentration % percentage" of acids and others ??
