Would separation of racemic methamphetamine with tartaric acid result in completely pure dex-methampetamine?

I wanted to ask if actually somebody did the tartaric acid method for getting dexamphetamine and then determined how pure of dex-meth was aquired? E.g. an NMR test to see if and how much levo-methamphetamine would still be present? thx!

~75:25 in theory. But it may differ. The use of other separation agents may be more selective. As dibenzoyl tartaric acid.

Hello. Could you please tell me how to use whatever seperation agent is best (and i can get in USA) that you were talking about? Like, lets say for example i had 100 grams of racemic meth crystals - please tell me the process i would use to get the d-meth seperated. I fucking HATE this racemic crap and really want the dextro of old back in my life

I am VERY AWARE that there is a tutorial for using tartaric acid in this forum. I have read EVERY article and/or comment on this site regarding tartaric acid - several times!!

I was asking @William Dampier about his comment about other seperation agents may be more selective as I haven't seen any tutorial on any of this info.
