Due to (daily) fluctuations it's almost impossible to buy "on point", meaning, I don't think you're the only one who has some change left on Bazaar.
I'd also guess, that if this is a common issue it would be mentioned in the FAQs

I'm no admin of the marketplace, just quoting from the "Rules" and FAQs from Bazaar. It says that you can't withdraw BCs even if you wanted to -> "Only sellers and their employees can withdraw money from the site. Withdrawal is closed for buyers". Where did you get the info about getting banned?
