Question what is the simplest drug I can make in home easily?

Alcohol, Chloroform is easy but causes cancer if we inhale it, so instead then from that you can make Chlorobutanol or Chloral Hydrate which are sedatives, Psilocin, DMT, Methamphetamine, Methcathinone, Bromide salts (sedatives but dangerous due to brominism), Ether, Poppers, Nitrous is easy just heating one chemical up and collecting the result or inhaling the fumes directly, Phenylethlamine should be easy which is quite a potent drug I hear, to be honest there is tons, but you have to know the basics first

Codeine, Dihydrocodeine and Morphine are all easy basic extractions first two from OTC drugs, 2nd from poppy seeds or poppy pods

and I was told I only need Glacial Acetic acid to change the dihydrocodeine in heroine. is that correct ?

If I have pills that contains both codeine and pseudoephedrine. can I separate them to do MA on one side and H in the other?

Can caffeine really be "made"? I thought it was mostly an extraction.

All the common synthetic cathinones (3-/4- MMC/CMC) are much easier compared to meth. Just get the right designer precursor, add methylamine, extract the free base, turn into a salt (usually hydrochloride), isolate the product and crystallize.
