Hi. I'm new to crypto currency. I have an order I'm trying to place and I have enough funds in my balance. Shows no money in escrow. Purchase type is escrow. Placed the order and shipping method and address. There is an invoice # and a payment address generated. Page says waiting for payment and after "1 confirmation your order will be processed". what confirmation does it need? Now I'm stuck on how to get the payment processed. Any help? Thanks, again very new to this.

On what site? So, yeah, after you place an order, the seller has to accept the deal and then it will allow you to pay the order and confirm. THEN your money is in escrow, and not until then. Confirmations aren't something you do, it's something that happens on the blockchain. It'll happen when it happens, it shouldn't take long and you can't do anything about it anyway, but you can look at your money on the blockchain if you want
So how do I pay the order? I was given a payment address but where do I enter the payment address?

It depends on the escrow you use, for example if it's on bbgate you don't need to provide a payment address, on other escrow sites there is a field for the seller's address.
Thanks for the feedback. I do not see a field to enter the sellers payment address on Torzon. The sellers payment address is auto populated in a field, but no other field to enter it, that I can. I've tried to create a support ticket on the site but that doesn't work either.
