How is Amphetamine oxalate? Does anyone know about it's solubility? Some amine oxalates can be recrystallized from hot water so if Amph oxalate is similar in solubility this can be used to clean it easily.

Also which Amphetamine salts can be used for smoking without degrading when heated?

Amphetamine oxalates maybe have low solubility, but this salt will be toxic for users

i did a p2np al/hg amination to amphetamine, but when i finished i ended up with an oil, i did not gas it with hcl i just added hydrochloric acid with acetone and dripped it into rm until i reached a ph of 6, ive tried evaporating it and just end up with an oil, and i want to get amph hcl. any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated?

Precipitation of an amphetamine with H2SO4 or H3PO4 give a powders.
But amphetamine with HCl solution with acidic pH (better 3-4) should be evaporated to precipitate and dried in desiccator contains NaOH

should i dissolve the oil in water and adjust ph or should i try and return it to amph freebase?

hey bro
i've added water to the oil and the oil dissolved straight away and alot of (what i'm assuming is amphetamine) fell out of solution, i checked the ph and it was 10.
should i get the ph down to 3-4 or 5-6, or will that affect the product that has just fallen out of solution?

amphetamine FB has low solubility in water and can`t has high alkaline pH (in EtOH solution of AMP FB pH is ~8-8.5)

Amphetamine sulfate is the best choice, so it is used more. Even in pharmaceuticals. HCl salt is very hydroscopic.

I mean if instead of being dissolved in acetone base is dissolved in alcohol then h2so4 added?
