Mantello con controllo del riscaldamento e termostato per mantenere le temperature. Da quello che ho capito la temperatura deve essere mantenuta tra gli 80-85oc per 4-6 ore? È un tempo preferibile quello che suggerite. Togliere il calore fino a raggiungere circa 40oc poi aggiungere all'acqua 3 kg e 8 kg di ghiaccio. Mescolare nel secchio per 5-15 minuti finché non si formano cristalli in cima, quindi utilizzare il sacchetto filtrante per ottenere il prodotto. Dopo aver filtrato il prodotto, lo rimetto in acqua ghiacciata per pulirlo di nuovo nello stesso modo e lo lascio asciugare in vassoi? Ho pagato più di 5000usd per questo 2 anni fa!!! Follia.
