Šis užrašas yra visiška netvarka. Laikydamiesi jo tokio, koks jis yra, gausite 10 % ydų. Arba gali būti mažiau.

1. Aliuminio amalgama turi būti paruošta iš anksto, tai svarbus žingsnis
2. Į amalgamą kartu su izopropanoliu įpilkite savo p2p, metilamino.
3. Palaikykite reakcijos temperatūrą <30 laipsnių
4. Naudodami 40 g p2p ir 40 g aliuminio FOIL, gausite 100 % pabėgimą .
5. Prieš filtruodami Al/Hg dumblą, įpilkite NaOH/KOH, tai palengvina filtravimo procesą ir sunaikina likusį Al
6. Ir taip toliau...

Anksčiau dariau ant 200 l statinių, tinka ir 100 l statinės, ir dariau vieno puodo reakciją.

350-400 g gyvsidabrio ant 10L b (400 g yra tikrai daug agresyvaus), 15L metilamino 40% ir tada kaip 30L metanolio.
Dėl folijos nesu tikras, galiausiai turėjau padaręs kokius 2/3 pilno kibiro su subraižyta/pažeista folija (be kamuoliukų), todėl buvo toks svoris.

Galiausiai folijos buvo per daug.
Išeiga: 12 l, PH 12.

Tada su metilaminu, visi žino, kad yra geresnių alternatyvų, kai dirbama su, pvz., Al/Hg

When you say the Al amalgam can be made in situ does that mean one doesn’t have to wash & decant the HgCl from the aluminum before introducing the p2p + methylamine mixture? The HgCl can be left in the flask while reduction happens and will be extracted out later during product purification?

I'm currently experimenting with al/hg and wanted to scale the synthesis. I asked myself the question of whether it is absolutely necessary to use a capacitor? I suspect it is needed to keep the methylamine and solvent (methanol) in reaction vessel. But would it be possible to compensate for methylamine loss with a new methylamine-methanol solution?

Perhaps an excess of methylamine was used, not much, just to compensate
Add an amount of water
Keep the temperature no more than 60 degrees and you will be fine

I cannot say that the yields where lower with nitromethane, but do not underestimate the danger of nitromethane.
you need 600L nitromethane per L [MD]P2P.
