If you've ever use your personal phone for this, its data can be already stored. There are two options for you: 1 - accept risks on a new phone and pray it won't be checked soon; 2 - get a new channel + new phone.

And if you do deaddrops instead of meetups, you should be more than less safe.

The only other thing with telegram is your dealing with a lot of other people who dont have the highest degree of opsec. Like people are facetiming each other. Dealing with those people do put you at some degree of risk

depends on what you sell and what country do you live at, in my country there's very massive seller drugs on instagram, because all of people use that app, especially the gen z
but the police can easily track them (if the account had massive fame). and normally the police will track you from your bank account if you had an suspicious transaction (especially if you didnt laundry the money), all of them using fake bank account
