2. Adăugați p2p, metilamina la amalgam împreună cu izopropanol
3. Mențineți temperatura de reacție <30 de grade
4. Cu 40g de p2p și 40g de aluminiu FOIL veți obține 100% runaway .
5. Adăugați NaOH/KOH înainte de filtrarea nămolului de Al/Hg, face procesul de filtrare mai ușor și ucide Al rămas
6. Și așa mai departe...

Am făcut înainte pe butoaie de 200L, butoaie de 100L sunt de asemenea bune, și am făcut o reacție la oală.

350-400 grame de mercur pe 10L b (400 grame este într-adevăr mult agresiv), 15L metilamină 40% și apoi cam 30L metanol.
Folia nu sunt sigur, în cele din urmă am făcut cam 2/3 dintr-o găleată plină cu folie zgâriată/deteriorată (fără bile), deci a fost greutatea asta.

În cele din urmă a fost prea multă folie.
Randamentul; 12L la PH 12.

Înapoi atunci cu metilamina, toată lumea știe că există alternative mai bune pentru asta atunci când se lucrează cu, de exemplu, cu Al/Hg

When you say the Al amalgam can be made in situ does that mean one doesn’t have to wash & decant the HgCl from the aluminum before introducing the p2p + methylamine mixture? The HgCl can be left in the flask while reduction happens and will be extracted out later during product purification?

I'm currently experimenting with al/hg and wanted to scale the synthesis. I asked myself the question of whether it is absolutely necessary to use a capacitor? I suspect it is needed to keep the methylamine and solvent (methanol) in reaction vessel. But would it be possible to compensate for methylamine loss with a new methylamine-methanol solution?

Perhaps an excess of methylamine was used, not much, just to compensate
Add an amount of water
Keep the temperature no more than 60 degrees and you will be fine

I cannot say that the yields where lower with nitromethane, but do not underestimate the danger of nitromethane.
you need 600L nitromethane per L [MD]P2P.
