2. Добавьте ваш p2p, метиламин в амальгаму вместе с изопропанолом.
3. Поддерживайте температуру реакции <30 градусов
4. С 40 г p2p и 40 г алюминия FOIL вы получите 100% бегство .
5. Добавьте NaOH/KOH перед фильтрацией осадка Al/Hg, это облегчит процесс фильтрации и уничтожит оставшийся Al
6. И так далее...

Я делал раньше на 200-литровых бочках, 100-литровые бочки тоже подойдут, и делал одну реакцию в кастрюле.

350-400 грамм ртути на 10 л б (400 грамм - это действительно много агрессии), 15 л метиламина 40% и затем около 30 л метанола.
Насчет фольги я не уверен, в итоге у меня получилось около 2/3 ведра, заполненного поцарапанной/поврежденной фольгой (без шариков), так что это был тот самый вес.

В итоге фольги оказалось слишком много.
Выход; 12 л при PH 12.

Тогда с метиламином, все знают, что есть лучшие альтернативы для этого при работе, например, с Al/Hg

When you say the Al amalgam can be made in situ does that mean one doesn’t have to wash & decant the HgCl from the aluminum before introducing the p2p + methylamine mixture? The HgCl can be left in the flask while reduction happens and will be extracted out later during product purification?

I'm currently experimenting with al/hg and wanted to scale the synthesis. I asked myself the question of whether it is absolutely necessary to use a capacitor? I suspect it is needed to keep the methylamine and solvent (methanol) in reaction vessel. But would it be possible to compensate for methylamine loss with a new methylamine-methanol solution?

Perhaps an excess of methylamine was used, not much, just to compensate
Add an amount of water
Keep the temperature no more than 60 degrees and you will be fine

I have heard of success with nitromethane, but the yields are lower.

I cannot say that the yields where lower with nitromethane, but do not underestimate the danger of nitromethane.
you need 600L nitromethane per L [MD]P2P.
