Isomerisering av cannabidiol (CBD) till psykoaktiva cannabinoider

Jag lagade CBD och av misstag tillsatte NAoh till blandningen, jag tror att isomeriseringen stannade. 2 lager bildades, kan någon berätta för mig vad som bildades? Är det ett bra sätt att extrahera THC-extrakt?

Efter 2 timmars isomerisering bildades en olja, men den har en obehaglig lukt och jag vet inte hur jag ska rena den.

När jag tillsatte Naoh separerades de två faserna och jag tror att reaktionen stannade. Jag har försökt tvätta den på många sätt, men jag kan inte få bort den dåliga lukten.

baser omvandlar cbd (thc omvandlas inte) till vissa kinonderivat. jag tror att olika lösningsmedel kan användas för att separera det från thc men jag kan inte komma ihåg vilket också i vilken litteratur det beskrevs också för att det är grönt (antar jag) vissa växtimpuriter kan också oxideras

Vad är bättre ättiksyra eller saltsyra? Jag har en olja kvar med en äcklig lukt som jag gör för att rengöra den eller extrahera de rena cbd-loaserna från metanol

rumstemp toluen och p-toluensulfonsyra kan användas för nästan ren delta 9 och andra lösningsmedel med värme resulterar i delta 8

toluen kan vara svårt att ta bort men, 44h (48h kommer att resultera i något mer omvandling men cirka 10% delta8) omrördes 10% ptsa och tillräckligt med toluen för att lösa upp det, sedan upparbetning

När man tillsätter vatten mättat med NAOH för att motverka syran kan jag inte eliminera allt, och om jag tillsätter för mycket vatten blir den övre fasen svart. Hur kan jag göra extraktionen? Hur eliminerar jag syra lukten? Jag försökte rengöra den med destillerat vatten men det fungerade inte.

Jag behöver hjälp med detta snälla

Vilken PH ska jag lämna THC? Kan jag använda butan eller toluen för att rena THC?

Metoder som använder katalytiska mängder syror har etablerat sig bättre än i detta ämne. Med pTSA 10% mol i DCM (delta-8) eller med HCl 0,05% i etanol (delta-9)

kan man använda annan alkohol än etylaklohol? kanske ipa istället?
kan hcl användas?

Jag tror det, så länge som dina reagenser är lösliga. HCl kan användas som en syrakatalysator.

1. We carry out isomerization in ethanol with acetic acid for 12-24h.
2. After - we evolve all ethanol and acetic acid
3. Pour the resin with a mixture of glycerol and propylene glycol, dissolving gravs completely
4. Pour into a comfortable jar and smoke

The issue of health safety - alcohol and acetic acid should clearly not be synthetic - only food (We make THC from the CBD using trembling and sugar, aahahhaha)

Experienced isomerization specialists - what do you think? Is it worth a try?

You do not have to evaporate it. You can dilute with water and separate the oil if you use ethanol.

And question

If I use AcOH in concentration about of 70-80%, It get to start isomerisation?

Now.... I can't get or make 100% acetic acid((

Then you need 7.5 (70%) - 6.5 (80%) mL of acetic acid soln. per ~100mL of ethanol (approximately).
Excess ethanol is necessary for the reaction to go well.
The resulting solution will take 5-10 g of cbd powder, nothing more.
Heat up to 70*C and boil at least 2 hours.
Dilute with water and collect the resulting oil.

I try with 1g cbd in 10ml ethanol with ~1ml AcOH

I have wanted to do this for ages but have been holding off as I don’t have p-tsa, however, if d9 is generally done with a catalytic amount of HCl, that would be MUCH easier.
Is it literally a case of chucking it all in, letting it react for ages at RT (12-24h I think I heard), quenching, extracting?

Seeing as THC is by far the drug I use the most, it would make sense for edibles or whatever. Doubt I would want to vape it though. Never was a huge fan of vaping distillate as it just screws my tolerance.

If you use HCl for conversion, then heating is required.
