I'm not sure if the title even makes sense, as 11-oh-thc is a metabolite of THC (THCA decarbed becomes THC and then by first pass metabolism comes the metabolite 11-oh-thc, which is apparently what makes edible cannabis so much more effective than any other ROA.

Now I remember sometime I read that 11-oh-thc could somehow be "stabilized with solvents". I could be remembering wrong but basically, you were supposed to be able to get the pure metabolite. Doesn't really make sense to me, because I thought it had to be done by the liver.

Would it perhaps have to be synthesized? Or is that even possible?
