Question BAZAAR Chat - Connection Problem

Hey Guys,
im completely new, but i made 1 purchase on bazaar already.
I ordered again today (08.07.2025) but i dont know about any updates or contact the seller.
I even got a Message and I think it is about the Order. Is this just me? does the seller still get the information about the order?

I'd appreciate ur answers. The screenshot is below, but i think its a common problem right now.

Hi, sellers are also having the same problems so its difficult to see orders and messages at the moment. Might be a bit of time until its more stable

there''s a work around for this if you want to know. All of the sellers should have a BBgate account. Message them here, and confirm they are ready, then on the left side of the screen here. you see "escrow" put their name as the seller, you as paying the escrow, what the deal is NOT the escrow 3% or 5%, it'll add that for you automatically. Tada, same sellers same escrow same everything, except your abkle to do it

is there a chance that you could find it? I'd appreciate it,
The Escrow stuff doesnt work for me i guess because there is nothing.
