Can i use safely a vacuum pump with the typicall MDMA solvents? (xylene, IPA ,HCL, NAOH , etc?

@Pennywise @G.Patton , so.... real risk of solvents passing through the vacuum pump? i mean since are volatile stuff , could it burn or something like that? i have the cold trap , but i ask just for if that fails..(due to temp insufficient etc)

IM BATMANMainly it is corrosion, in diaphragm pumps the diaphragm can be attacked, in oil pumps the oil can be contaminated and finally the vapors from the pump are released to the atmosphere.
