Can I use this method to extract pseudoephedrine from these pills?

I was looking at the excipients in my bottles and I think I can extract pseudoephedrine hydrochloride with few impurities through recrystallization, am I right?

excipients: Triprolidine hydrochloride 2.5 mg, Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60 mg, lactose monohydrate, starch, magnesium stearate, povidone and water.
