All cities have potential. It is awesome that drugs market hasn't limited deepth. I think that darknet users here could independently order drugs from for example Cebulka's vendors. But there are also unexploited part of market and serious, normal people who want to get high and don't want to have nothing with street dealers in tracksuits =)

Then: every city + good marketing + very good, pure stuff + little bit time and patient = success.
