Ephedrone (CAT), need help.

Can someone help me and tell how to make (-s) not racemic ephedrone, would be great if someone could show me step by step easiest way of making it(one pot).

If you start from Pseudoephedrine and you work carefully testing the pH you shouldn't obtain a racemic mixture but the pure enantiomer, the -d I think.
You work altering the pH only in two occasions:
1) separating the freebase from the oxydizing mixture (dichromate 0,25N)
2) when making the hydrocloride salt
In 1) is easy not raising too high the pH, because when you see the oxydized mixture from a dark clear solution to a clody suspension colour of milk-coffee (dark brown cloudy with droplets of freebase visible when the magnetic stirrer is turned off). Anyway not over 12, the blue of the universal paper.
In 2) is a bit more difficult and you have to proceed very carefully testing several times with the paper, avoiding reaching the deep red area. When you add the HCL solution obviously the pH is low, but it raises very quickly in salt-making.
Practically when water evaporate yuou don't have to smell the HCl, only slightly at least.
This is because oxydizing ephedrine of the two stereocenters, only the one in isopropilic position remains, and that retains the original configuration if you don't exceed working with base and acid.
Even oxydizing with dichromate you have to add H2SO4, but the amount needed to make the dichromate work and not more.
If you work with the 0,25N you can purchase it without suspects since it's the concentration for COD determination, widely used in analytical chemistry.
