For the same reason that localbitcoin closed down and all other p2p platforms are closing down. All those who tried to work in the legal field of cryptocurrency exchange are at risk of being accused by the US of money laundering.

Literally any crypto exchange. Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp and so many others.

You mean buying anonymously via cash or wire transfer? otherwise regular crypto exchanges works

Just buy a coin with low transaction fees and swap to xmr

you can use changelly or any online wallet that uses changelly to swap. but after you do such swaps, I recommend moving and transferring around to reduce trace.
