Question problem with PGP key

Hello,
So I have my pgp key and like an idiot I didn't back up my secret key.
now I need it to log into black pyramid market!
how am I suppose to either modify it or get my private key back !
I send black pyramid an email hoping they will find a solution for me.
please help? me what should I do ?

Unfortunately if you lost you PGP secret key , there's typically no direct way to recover it .It s very important to backup your keys . In this situation i think that generating a new key pair it is the recomended option and update it on Black Pyramid the new key pair. Ireccomend to use a PGP key pair with a lenght of at least 2048 bits for a resonable security. Hoewer,opting for 3072 or even 4096 bits provides a higher level of security. For security reason avoid online key generation websites and use GnuPG (GPG) or Kleopatra(Tail).
