Perfect question brother.
I think you can produce 100's of gram of LSD with this substance.
First the methyl ester needs to be hydrolyse into carboxylic acid that is LSA and than convert it into LSD.
Probably 2methods are described here which will convert LSA to LSD.
How to convert ester to acid.? That's very simple. Just add any base into it so acid will be converted into metal salt and pure it. You can find this guide on erowid.
We seriously need attention of experts. @G.Patton @HIGGS BOSSON @William Dampier and @hisenberg

About LSA into LSD I don't know the exact process but I can search it.

I'm a bit confused but I may be wrong. Why would hydrolysis of D-Lysergic acid methyl ester result in formation of LSA (AN AMIDE) rather than the simple Lysergic acid (Carboxylic acid). Because from what I've observed, when you react an ester with an acid like HCl it forms a carboxylic acid and not an amide. But then again, I may be wrong but it should be like,
D- Lysergic acid methyl ester + HCl --> Lysergic acid which can then turned into LSD without any LSA to LSD fuss.
LSA is lysergic acid brother.
So you are talking just same thing. LSD is amide LSA is not amide it is just carboxylic acid. Convert lysergic acid to amide.
Look up on the internet mate, Lysergic acid and LSA are two different molecules, Lysergic acid is a direct precursor to LSD-25, also it isn't an active compound and it's derived by hydrolysis of ergotamine. Whereas LSA is an active compound found in morning glory seeds and Hawaiian baby woodrose seeds. Just look it up on the internet, you'll know.
@ICchemist sorry it's my fault. Wherever I used LSA = Lysergic acid.
It's alright mate, the main point is that this is fucking amazing, the fact that you can order a few grams of powder from china and turn it into thousands of doses of LSD. Would love to work with this chem one day.
Hydrolysis of D-Lysergic acid methyl ester with HCl for example will get d-lysergic acid amide(LSA) but you must be careful about temps and times with these products normally low temps and long times are used I don't have the exact numbers of it.
LSA as psychoactive effects by itself similar to LSD but you need bigger doses of LSA for similar effects of LSD.
About LSA into LSD I don't know the exact process but I can search it.
Is what I can help on it ;-)
Why don't use it as an end product and produce blotters from this product?
