Was taking sleeping pills for long time = they work well but later you won't go sleep like normal person. Now I don't take medicines - only 15mg of Melatonine and its quite better than Benzodiazepines that make you zombie like.

Constantylious777I use a pretty low dose of THC. Just to avoid any grogginess. Works great.
Other than that...Melatonin.

I make my Canna infused coconut oil once or twice a year.
So that I can make whatever I want. Keep it in a sealed jar. Like on the left.

I usually smoke it but I thought to also mix a nice drink with some kind of liquid THC one day

Gordon RamsayYou can also take a scoop of this cannaoil and add it to hot tea or even coffee. Kinda of have a desert coffee.
You'll be warm and cozy and kinda dozy.

Gordon RamsayIt differes with what mg I go for. I just bust out the ole calculator. It's not precise though.
I figure each is 10-12mg per bar/bear.
Gotta log off and get to work but Ill try and post some more detail info later.

lainBest one is probably Zolpidem or Zopiclone.
But watch out, they are z-benzos and addictive.
